Your Team, Your Impact
As an integral part of the Quality Organization, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) is a specialized discipline within quality management that ensures suppliers consistently deliver products that meet defined standards. SQEs partner closely with suppliers to assess their processes, audit capabilities, enforce quality requirements, and drive continuous improvement. Acting as a vital bridge between procurement, engineering, and the supply chain, SQEs play a key role in aligning supplier performance with broader organizational objectives.What You Can Expect
As Marvell SQE, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class Offshore Assembly and Test (OSAT) service providers to deliver leading-edge products to the world.
Manage OSATs suppliers’ quality.
Collaborate with suppliers on Continuous Improvement Programs.
Oversee periodic quality reviews with suppliers (Yield, DPPM, CPK, ORM) and drive improvements.
Conduct supplier audits and host customer audits.
Manage Supplier Process Change Notices.
Chair Material Review Board (MRB) and handle non-conformance material disposition.
Manage supplier/customer 8D, implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
At least 12 years of relevant experience in the Semi-Conductor Assembly/Test/Bumping industry.
at least 10 years of experience in Process, Packaging, QA, or Supplier Quality Engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience with advanced assembly packaging (CoWoS) is a plus. Knowledge of 8-Discipline report, FMEA, SPC, and DOE is required.
Supplier audit experience, familiarity with ISO9001 and VDA6.3 audit processes are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Must be a team player.
