About the role
We are seeking a technology leader to drive the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise applications and platforms that support global business operations. This role provides technology and architectural leadership across a broad portfolio of enterprise systems while strengthening delivery practices, automation, and scalable platform capabilities.
Based in India, the role collaborates closely with functional IT owners and cross-group technology teams to ensure aligned priorities, strong governance, and reliable delivery across enterprise applications and platforms.
The role will guide technical architects and engineering teams while advancing modern delivery practices such as standardised SDLC, CI/CD adoption, and AI-enabled automation across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise applications and technology platforms portfolio spanning ERP, customer platforms, integration platforms (e.g., Boomi), ServiceNow, and engineering/DevOps tooling.
Provide architectural leadership across enterprise applications and platforms, guiding technical architects and ensuring scalable, resilient system design.
Partner with functional IT owners and cross-group technology teams to align enterprise technology capabilities with business priorities.
Drive delivery maturity across enterprise applications and platforms through standardized SDLC practices, CI/CD adoption, and AI-enabled automation across the application delivery lifecycle.
Establish delivery governance across enterprise applications and platforms, managing cross-system dependencies and ensuring reliable execution.
Oversee strategic technology vendors and delivery partners supporting enterprise application and platform delivery.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in enterprise IT with leadership across enterprise applications, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture.
Proven experience delivering and operating large‑scale enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, integration platforms, workflow platforms, or customer platforms.
Experience driving modernisation initiatives including DevOps adoption, CI/CD maturity, and automation across enterprise technology environments.
Strong architectural and technical leadership with the ability to guide technical architects and engineering teams.
Experience collaborating with global business stakeholders and cross‑functional technology teams.
Experience managing technology vendors and delivery partners in complex enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Experience
Experience leading enterprise application and platform modernisation initiatives in global technology‑driven organisations.
Exposure to platform engineering practices and DevOps environments with CI/CD‑driven delivery models.
Experience with enterprise integration platforms and workflow platforms such as ServiceNow.
Exposure to AI‑enabled automation, intelligent workflows, or next‑generation enterprise platform capabilities.
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP/SAP/Others) and collaboration with functional teams on business process enablement.
