Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Manager / Technical Lead to join the L1 Software team in Israel. This role combines deep hands-on technical involvement with team leadership responsibilities, focusing on real-time and embedded software development for advanced networking solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor who leads by example, actively participates in development, and drives execution while collaborating across a global organization.

What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and actively contribute to real-time and embedded software development as part of the L1 Software team in Israel.
• Take hands-on ownership of the development, integration, and long-term support of Marvell’s SDK solutions.
• Lead, Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure, leveraging modern development practices and tools to improve quality and velocity.
• Serve as a technical authority within the team, providing design guidance, code reviews, and hands-on problem solving.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the switching organization, including system architects, QA, customer support, and other software and hardware teams..
• Own project execution using Jira, including:
  • Building and maintaining detailed workplans
  • Defining epics, stories, and tasks
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards to track progress, risks, and delivery metrics
• Drive execution, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide engineers while remaining directly involved in day-to-day development activities.
