Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FAE Intern to join our technical team in Suzhou and Shanghai. This role offers hands-on experience working with cutting-edge PAM4 DSP, linear TIA, driver, Coherent DSP, and optical technologies. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with senior FAEs and the U.S. application team to support customer engagements, debug hardware/software systems, and help optimize optical the performance of optical module and scale up, scale out, scale across optical interconnect products.

What You Can Expect

  • Assist senior FAEs in reviewing customer schematic and layout designs involving PAM4 DSP, Coherent DSP, driver, and TIA in optical modules, AEC, NPO, XPO, and CPO etc.

  • Support SI and PI simulations.

  • Support lab activities to tune and optimize customer product for improved performance under the guidance of experienced engineers

  • Participating in product bring-up and evaluation, performance testing, and debugging at lab.

  • Join customer support to assist in debugging ssues in the customer system.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and internal training materials

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s and Ph. D degree in Electronics/electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • Fundamental understanding or researching of high-speed SerDes (e.g., PAM4), TIA, driver optical communication systems is preferred

  • Strong willingness to learn, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

  • Able to commit at least a period of 4-6 months or more
