Your Team, Your Impact
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead complex product programs from customer quote through production ramp, sustained manufacturing, and end of life. This role owns cross functional execution, ensuring product, supply, cost, schedule, and customer commitments are aligned throughout the full product lifecycle.You will act as the single-threaded program owner, coordinating Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and external manufacturing partners to deliver products that meet customer requirements, revenue targets, and operational goals.

What You Can Expect
Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Program Ownership
- Own product programs from initial customer quote and feasibility analysis through end‑of‑life planning
- Define and manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across the full lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for schedule, cost, supply, and execution performance
- Main point of customer contact for supply
- Work on Pre tape out requirements for customers and internal qualifications
- Ability to drive execution of key planning milestones in order to meet first samples and production launch dates
Quote & Program Launch
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support customer quotes, including cost modeling, capacity assessment, and delivery commitments
- Translate quoted assumptions into executable program plans and manufacturing strategies
- Lead program kickoffs and align internal and external stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Lead global, cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Business Operations, Marketing, and Quality
- Drive decision‑making and escalation resolution across organizational boundaries without direct authority
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements, product specifications, and manufacturing execution
Supply Chain & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external manufacturing partners (foundry, assembly, test, logistics, and warehousing) to ensure readiness and sustained supply
- Issue and manage formal supplier instructions, specifications, and schedule updates
- Identify and mitigate supply, capacity, and logistics risks throughout production and lifecycle transitions
Execution & Lifecycle Management
- Manage programs through prototype builds, qualification, production ramp, steady‑state manufacturing, and sunset
- Monitor program KPIs such as schedule adherence, on‑time delivery, cost targets, and supply health
- Lead change management for engineering changes, demand shifts, and customer-driven updates
Data, Reporting & Communication
- Maintain program dashboards and schedules using Oracle and internal planning tools
- Analyze historical data and forecasts to inform supply plans, capacity decisions, and customer commitments
- Provide clear, concise status updates to senior leadership, cross‑functional teams, and customers
- Lead and moderate global meetings, including coordination with overseas teams across time zones
Customer & End‑of‑Life Management
- Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure successful product delivery and long-term customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute end‑of‑life (EOL) strategies, including final demand alignment, last‑time buys, and supplier disengagement
- Ensure smooth transitions that minimize business disruption and inventory risk
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and statistics
- Tools knowledge on Agile/Oracle ERP/Kinaxis/Power B
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions and external partners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and customers
- Experience managing global teams and suppliers, ideally in a high‑tech or semi-conductor environment
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
106,800 - 160,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
