What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary SME for Kinaxis RapidResponse platform capabilities, configuration, data models, and planning workflows

· Lead solution design and optimization across Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, Allocation & Fulfillment, and S&OP/IBP processes

· Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions

· Drive integrations between Kinaxis and enterprise platforms including Oracle ERP/Supply Chain systems and/or LIMA planning environments

· Troubleshoot complex planning and system issues impacting supply operations

· Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and best practices across planning initiatives

· Lead enhancement, deployment, and operational support activities for planning systems

· Drive automation, data integrity, governance, and process optimization initiatives

· Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and implementation partners on strategic transformation programs

What We're Looking For

Principal Technical Analyst – Supply Operations & Planning (Kinaxis SME)

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Technical Analyst – Supply Operations & Planning (Kinaxis SME) to serve as a strategic Individual Contributor for enterprise Supply Operations & Planning platforms, with primary focus on Kinaxis RapidResponse.

This role requires deep techno-functional expertise in Supply Chain Planning processes, Kinaxis platform capabilities, enterprise planning ecosystems including Oracle and transformation tools like Lima, Talend, BQ etc. and/or LIMA environments. The ideal candidate will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to drive scalable planning solutions, integrations, operational excellence, and continuous transformation initiatives across global supply operations.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field

· 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning applications and enterprise systems

· 5+ years of deep hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse

· Strong expertise in Supply Planning, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and enterprise planning processes

· Experience with Supply Chain Planning, Oracle ERP and Transformation tools Oracle Supply Chain/ERP ecosystems and/or LIMA planning platforms

· Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, ETL/Data Integration, and enterprise application architecture

· Proven ability to operate independently as a senior technical SME in a global environment

· Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
