Sales Managers at Marvell are vital to helping this company reach its design and revenue goals. They generate business and drive sales by developing opportunities and strategies, implementing sales plans, and managing relationships with new and existing customers.

What You Can Expect

.

  • Distributor Management: Manage, train, set goal for distribution partners to drive demand creation and sales volume. Assist the team in completing daily disty management work, including disty file sorting, business process optimization and cross-departmental coordination. Take charge of the daily management of agent orders and inventory, monitor order fulfillment status, inventory turnover and supply-demand matching.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek new customers and expand existing accounts, focusing on design-win opportunities. Collaborate with disty teams and marketing/ FAE teams to define and implement sales strategies. Assist in the promotion and follow-up of Design in projects of regional team, track the project progress, coordinate and communicate with relevant parties to promote the smooth implementation of projects.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including BU sales team and other function teams, and key managers at distributors and end-customers.
  • Data analysis and management: Track and manage forecast/inventory/order/Pricing/RMA/Trade compliance. Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities. Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Information and communication engineering, optical communication, Microelectronics engineering, Marketing
  • 3-5 years of work experience in disty management, Familiar with disty management processes, customer support or sales coordination in the semiconductor/optical communication industry is preferred
  • Proficient in data analysis and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with strong data sorting, report writing and logical analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork spirit, able to effectively cooperate with sales team/BU/operation team to carry out work.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, able to independently complete English business report writing and cross-regional communication.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, careful and responsible, with good learning ability and problem-solving awareness.
