Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team drives a disciplined approach to identifying, assessing, and managing the risks that could impact the company's strategic objectives. Partnering across business functions and executive leadership, the team provides enterprise-wide risk visibility, supports Board and Audit Committee oversight, and helps ensure risk-informed decision-making.

As part of the ERM team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to advance Marvell's risk management program and integrate cybersecurity risk into the broader enterprise risk landscape.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead the full annual ERM cycle — executive stakeholder engagement, risk ranking, and report creation.
  • Deliver Board- and Audit Committee-ready risk reporting.
  • Perform periodic update cycle. Hold risk owners accountable for mitigation progress.
  • Direct cybersecurity risk assessment activity: determine cyber insurance needs, and coordinate independent assessments (red teaming, penetration testing, compromise assessments) from scoping through remediation, translating findings into enterprise-level risk decisions.
  • Act as the connective tissue across Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, HR, and ESG, ensuring ERM informs — not trails — business decisions.
  • Mature Marvell's ERM program, executing against a multi-year strategic roadmap.
