Job Title: Healthcare Liaison (Entry-Level Friendly)

Job Description:
As a Healthcare Liaison at Varco HealthCare, you will help grow our network by building relationships with healthcare providers and generating new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in sales or healthcare and wants hands-on training and growth.

No prior healthcare sales experience is required—we provide training. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, healthcare, or roles where you’ve worked toward goals or targets are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute outreach strategies to identify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare partners
• Conduct in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients
• Work with the team to develop and improve sales strategies
• Provide excellent service and communication to clients
• Track daily activities and maintain organized records
• Work toward and achieve weekly/monthly performance goals

Qualifications:

• Interest in starting a career in sales or healthcare
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Goal-oriented (experience hitting targets, quotas, or KPIs is a big plus)
• Sales, customer service, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Basic computer skills (CRM or Microsoft Office is a plus)
• Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)

• Monday to Friday
• 9 AM - 5 PM
