HyperSpectral is building the foundation model for the molecular world. Every material emits a precise signature in light, and the company's Spectral Foundation Model reads that signature to identify what something is, what is happening to it, and what to do about it. What an LLM is to words, the SFM is to molecules. The model runs on CortX, a hardware-agnostic runtime that sits above any instrument, modality, or vendor, spanning Raman, hyperspectral imaging, NIR, FTIR, fluorescence, and mass spectrometry, and returns an answer in under a second rather than the days a centralized lab requires. The SFM is trained on the largest proprietary spectral corpus of its kind, a dataset that cannot be scraped from the internet and grows with every scan. HyperSpectral works with design partners across clinical diagnostics, bioprocessing, food safety, industrial quality control, and defense, and holds 25 patent families with nine granted.
