Roebling Labs builds bridge assessment tools. Vision: Sensors with real-time analytics for every bridge. Master plan: 1. We built our bridge vibration tool for professional bridge inspectors. (Status: Done) (Version 1.0) It uses your smartphone accelerometer to measure bridge vibrations, calculate natural frequencies, and detect damage in your structure. 2. Use that tool to engage with bridge owners and engineers to gather feedback. (Status: In progress) 3. Use that feedback to build new, better bridge assessment tools. 4. Incorporate crowdsourced data and non-contact (video) sensors.
