WHY VEIR?

VEIR is enabling a new generation of compact, efficient, high-power, and long-distance power delivery solutions, solving bottlenecks that exist across the entire electricity value chain, from generation through to data center server racks. VEIR's low voltage superconducting solutions are enabling new power delivery architectures in the world’s largest data centers and our higher voltage solutions are poised to revolutionize the development of electricity transmission and distribution lines. VEIR is preparing for rapid growth as we seek to solve critical challenges facing data center developers, electricity generation developers, and utilities around the world.

The Role
We are seeking a highly adaptable, proactive Executive Assistant to support VEIR’s executive leadership team in a fluid, evolving role that spans traditional executive support and broader business enablement across People & Culture, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
This is a “get it done” role for someone who is naturally resourceful, solution-oriented, and energized by complex, fast-moving work. You’ll help senior leaders stay focused on what matters most by anticipating needs, removing friction, and moving work forward with confidence and discretion. Strong written communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You’ll represent executives, shape internal and external messaging, and build trusted relationships across the organization.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or someone with a strong generalist background who is comfortable owning ambiguous projects, supporting senior leaders, and driving work across the organization, with the potential to grow into a broader Executive Operations leadership role.

In the first 3 months you'll

  • Support 2–3 members of the executive team across People & Culture, Sales & Marketing, Product, and Engineering
  • Learn executive working styles, priorities, communication preferences, and operating rhythms
  • Independently manage calendars, scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel
  • Draft and edit executive communications (emails, agendas, follow-ups) with guidance
  • Support execution of executive team meetings, leadership meetings, and internal and external events
  • Assist with planning and coordination of executive dinners and team events
  • Begin partnering with People & Culture, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand workflows and expectations
  • Build trust through attention to detail, follow-through, and strong written communication

In the first 6 months you'll

  • Ramp up to supporting 3–4 executives effectively and confidently
  • Anticipate executive needs with minimal direction
  • Own calendars, meetings, and communications end-to-end for supported leaders
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive logistics and coordination
  • Take ownership of planning and execution for:
  • Executive team dinners and offsites
  • Industry events and related client, partner, and team social engagements
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to strategically support industry conferences and events
  • Collaborate with People & Culture on leadership meetings, internal communications, and culture initiatives
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to executive workflows and processes
  • Be recognized as a reliable, solution-oriented partner who gets things done

By the end of the first year you will have

  • Operate as a trusted, strategic partner to executive leaders
  • Fully own executive operating rhythms, planning cadence, and coordination across teams
  • Plan and execute high-profile internal and external events, including board meetings, team offsites, and customer-facing events, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience
  • Represent executives confidently in cross-functional interactions and external engagements
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by connecting People, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Own recurring leadership processes and executive-level initiatives
  • Lead special projects tied to company-wide priorities
  • Help define and scale executive support and operations as VEIR grows
  • Demonstrate readiness to take on broader Executive Operations leadership responsibilities

To be successful in this role

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders and managing competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
  • Experience partnering with HR, Sales, Marketing, or supporting events is a strong plus
  • High proficiency with calendar tools, email, and productivity software

You are:

  • A strong written communicator who can represent leaders clearly and professionally
  • A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Resourceful and solutions-focused—you see possibilities, not problems
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Discreet, thoughtful, and confident working with senior leaders
