Overview:We are seeking an an entry-level protein purification scientist that does not want to be purifying the same material every day. Our team is delivering our client’s complex range of proteins from a variety of expression platforms thus providing a different purification challenge every day!Experience to include:- Working knowledge of protein purification processes.- Technical knowledge of: - Purification of proteins and antibodies - Bio-Rad NGC and/ or AKTA Pilot preferred - Familiar with batch, drip and continuous process purification - Familiar with affinity & SEC chromatography- Proficient in data capture and analysis for report generation- Working in a Quality Systems environment- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Competent in Microsoft productsQualifications:- Ideal candidate should have at least a AA/BA/BS degree in biological science or medical technology or related science background- They should have performed protein purification, protein expression/cell culture and/or quality control testing as well as troubleshooting in the laboratoryAgency Non-Solicitation:Kemp Proteins does not accept agency resumes and will not pay for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.To Apply:Send your resume and cover letter to employment@kempproteins.com and someone from our team will get back to you.
